We want you to love your Golden Whisper order. If something isn't right, here is how we help.

14-day right to cancel. If you live in the European Union, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just email us at karol.bielecki.sales@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you'd like to cancel. You don't need to give a reason.

After you tell us, please send the item back within 14 days. Return address: Golden Whisper, 252 Bru Na Gruadan, Groody Road, Castletroy, Limerick, Co. Limerick, V94 V34C, Ireland. Please email us before sending so we can match the parcel to your order. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of returning it.

We refund the full price you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait to send the refund until we receive the item back or you show us proof that you have sent it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Personalised items. Items made with your name, text or other personal details are made especially for you, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them. This does not affect your rights if a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs. Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law always apply in addition to this policy.

Orders in several parcels. Some orders arrive in more than one parcel. If part of your order is missing, please wait a few days and contact us if it has not arrived.
