Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed on the Golden Whisper online store. Golden Whisper is operated from 252 Bru Na Gruadan, Groody Road, Castletroy, Limerick, Co. Limerick, V94 V34C, Ireland. Contact: karol.bielecki.sales@gmail.com.

1. Orders. When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been sent. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the price was shown incorrectly. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT. Standard delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Personalised items. Please check names, dates and text carefully before ordering. We make the item exactly as you type it. If we make a mistake with your text, we will remake the item for free.

4. Delivery. Delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods. Your rights to cancel and return are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Product information. We try to show products accurately. Colours and small details may vary slightly from photos because of screens and natural materials.

7. Liability. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Law and complaints. These terms are governed by Irish law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You can also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie).
