Shipping
Where we deliver. We deliver to Ireland and all countries in the European Union.
Delivery cost. Standard delivery is free on every order.
Delivery times. Our products are sent directly from our partner warehouses, so delivery time depends on the item. The expected time is shown on each product page.
- Most items: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Personalised items: please allow 2–4 extra business days for us to make your item before it is sent.
- Items sent from our EU warehouse (for example, furniture): usually 3–7 business days.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. We cannot promise delivery before a specific date unless we confirm it to you in writing.
Several parcels. If you order more than one item, they may come in separate parcels on different days.
Tracking. When your order is sent, we email you a tracking number.
Customs and import charges. Our prices include VAT. You will not have to pay any extra customs or import charges on delivery to an EU address. If a courier ever asks you for an extra charge, contact us before paying and we will sort it out.
Problems with delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or the tracking has not moved for 7 days, email us at karol.bielecki.sales@gmail.com and we will help.
